I find it co...It's a great book, isn't it? I find it completely fascinating! <br /><br />I have a couple of days of spotting before my period, too, but my thyroid tests have always come back normal. I don't think I have a short luteal phase, either. Looking back at my cycles, using the evidence of ovulation she tells you about, I think I've been ovulating pretty early in my cycle (sometimes as early as day 8 or 9). So, I'm not sure how to account for my spotting.
