Some of the idea poking around in my head are:
• a little too late
• a start to late
• too fat to parent
• my bmi battle
• empathy not judgements
Any other ideas please send then. When I find one I like I'll make the changes. Hope to hear from you.

I say stay far away from the third one. If you are prone to one of these, I'd say the first one of the last one. how about "not so que sera sera anymore"?
Maybe "A Little Too Late?" I agree, drop the third one. So sorry things are so glum... sometimes it's just all too much to handle. Take care!
Out of those, I prefer the first one. If I think of anything else, I'll let you know (but don't count on it since I needed help in naming my own blog!).
