Scale results

Well, weighed myself this morning... Down 5 lbs since Wednesday morning. Let's hope it continues!

Regarding your question about the counsellor and how to remain positive: it's basically a choice. You decide to let one thought/feeling dominate (in this case the positive, hopeful one) and you go with it. If the negative thoughts start to creep in, she recommended acknowledging them and then imagining them outside of yourself. She said this will help you distance or disconnect from the negative thoughts.
